We regretfully announce that due to financial concerns at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship, the Singles Pastor position has been eliminated. As a result, The Rhythm (as a formal ministry event) will no longer meet as usual. A large group of singles participating in The Rhythm will continue to meet as often as possible (weekly is the goal). The location of these meetings is still undetermined. In addition, singles in their 20’s are encouraged to check out Camber. Singles in their 30’s and 40’s are encouraged to check out MOSAIC. No problem! Childcare will be available each week. The first week is free and then we ask for a quarterly fee of $20 per family.
is there an age limitation on the childcare? my son is 10.
Not really. If your child is old enough to help out with the younger ones they workers may ask them to help but your child would be welcome here.
So is it fine to have children that are older? I have two girls that are 7 and 9 and they would love to help out with the younger children. It is okay if they are not babies for childcare or helping out? I would love to come if they can assist to? Thanks!
Hi, I am having a hard time attending due to the time of The Rhythm. My kids are 2 and 7 and being that Thursday is a school night, I can’t keep them up that late! Does anyone have any suggestions?
I am 23 and a post college single. I feel a little old for Camber… is the rythm an option for me even though I am younger than most who are attending??
Does the group have 40ish membership?
Yes, there are some in their 40’s. Another alternative is our Sunday morning small church (Bible study) called MOSAIC. It is targeted for singles int heir 30’s and 40’s. It meets at 10:35 AM on Sunday mornings in Room A104. There are about 75-80 people int he group. We’d love to have you there!
I am 22 and a post college single. I feel a little old for Camber, would I still be able to attend Rhythm even though I am on the younger side? I just don’t think I would have much in common with someone who is in college.
