Over the next couple of months we will be exploring what it truly means to be Christ-like and how the average “Christian” should experience life as God intended. What better place to begin our journey by unlocking the keys to being able to experience a deeper experience with God; understanding the meaning of true intimacy.

AlsoAaron McRae, our Multi-site pastor, has three children one of whom is little Kate (5 years old).
Kate was diagnosed just days ago with an aggressive, large brain tumor. Aaron and his wife Holly are devastated. Surgery is scheduled for Friday morning. For all who would like to participate, please meet in the church Lobby at 7 PM tonight before The Rhythm to pray for little Kate. When a child without a family is adopted, he or she gets the opportunity for a new beginning. Becoming part of God’s family is much the same journey. In a spiritual sense, are you still living as an orphan or a welcome member of a new family?

Every one of us has someone in our lives with whom it is difficult to communicate. Whether it be a family member, good friend, etc. we all have someone in our lives (perhaps several people) with whom we would give anything to be on better terms. Does the Bible say anything about the need for open communication between family members and friends? Actually, yes.
